Return Policy

We are 100% sure that you will love your Haute In Couture purchase! But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please email us within 48hrs of receiving your items for eligibility & conditions.

Haute Couture does not offer refunds. We will glady accept exchanges or store credit of items purchased at full retail price minus a 15% restocking fee. In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect or faulty item we sincerely apologize! We have a strict quality control team in place to ensure this does not happen. However, If this is the case please send clear images/videos of the incorrect/faulty items to us and we will resolve this matter for you immediately. All re-shipments are at no additional cost to the customer.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or items that have been discounted by any promotional code. All lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal hygiene reasons.

Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

Please complete the Exchange Authorization Form we send you by email and send it back with your item.

We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We suggest that you use FedEx, USPS or UPS for your Return. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return or exchange.

You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 3-5 business days.

Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled.

With the rise of chargeback fraud also known as Friendly Fraud, Haute Couture has contracted Legal counsel and Fraud Agents to investigate, pursue and respond to such types of fraud and claims.

If any person is found making false claims through our internal investigation our legal team has been instructed to pursue the matter criminally and or legally. Examples include, but are not limited to, reporting the crime to local authorities, collection placement, civil claim filing and reporting to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. We take this matter seriously and will pursue these cases to the full extent of the law. Please note chargeback fees, collection and attorneys fees will be added.

When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us with information in connection with the program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing and fulfillment to ensure the fastest delivery. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 8-10 business days for USA and 10-15 business days for International delivery. Please keep in mind that during holidays or with items that have a very high demand, this time may vary and be delayed. International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order. All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout and correct phone number. We ship using USPS both domestically and internationally.
