Return Policy

We are 100% sure that you will love your Haute In Couture purchase! But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please email us within 48hrs of receiving your items for eligibility & conditions.

Haute Couture does not offer refunds. We will glady accept exchanges or store credit of items purchased at full retail price minus a 15% restocking fee. In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect or faulty item we sincerely apologize! We have a strict quality control team in place to ensure this does not happen. However, If this is the case please send clear images/videos of the incorrect/faulty items to us and we will resolve this matter for you immediately. All re-shipments are at no additional cost to the customer.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or items that have been discounted by any promotional code. All lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal hygiene reasons.

Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

Please complete the Exchange Authorization Form we send you by email and send it back with your item.

We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We suggest that you use FedEx, USPS or UPS for your Return. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing and fulfillment to ensure the fastest delivery. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 8-10 business days for USA and 10-15 business days for International delivery. Please keep in mind that during holidays or with items that have a very high demand, this time may vary and be delayed. International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order. All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
